All IT support work is included: troubleshooting, maintenance, consultations, and project work. Hardware costs and third-party software licenses are billed separately. You can use your hours for anything from "my email isn't working" to "help us plan a server migration."
Hours roll over based on your plan: Starter rolls up to 5 hours, Professional up to 10 hours, and Enterprise up to 20 hours. Unused rollover hours expire at the end of the following month. So if you have a quiet month, you're not losing value.
When you sign up, you'll get login credentials to our client portal. From there you can submit tickets (with screenshots and attachments), track the status of open issues, see time entries as they're logged, and review invoices. It's your real-time window into all IT work we're doing for you.
Retainer clients receive same-day response, typically within 2-4 hours during business hours (8am-6pm MST). Pay-per-ticket response depends on current workload but is usually within 24 hours. Critical issues affecting business operations are always prioritized regardless of plan.
Yes. We're based in Cache Valley and offer on-site support for issues that can't be resolved remotely. Travel time within Cache Valley is included for retainer clients. For pay-per-ticket clients, a small travel fee may apply depending on location.
No. All our plans are month-to-month. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in. You can cancel anytime with no penalties. If you're not happy, we want to know so we can fix it—not trap you.
